If you are interested in adopting or fostering one of the pets that Happy Tails Shelter is taking care of, please take a few minutes to complete the Application form Step by Step, as required.

Filling the Application requires only three steps:

STEP 1: Provide your personal information

STEP 2: Provide information about your household

STEP 3: Provide information about your prospective adoption/ fostering

Happy Tails Team will receive your Application, evaluate your answers and will respond to you the soonest possible, once the criteria for adopting or fostering a pet has been met.
